Manfield came back into the game in the 2nd half and were unlucky not to equalise, but skipper Trollope wrapped up the points with ten minutes to go. Substitute Derek Asamoah crossed to the far post, the ball was nodded back by Gabbiadini and Trollope was on hand to volley home his first Cobblers goal from ten yards.
