Just a few days after Ivan Toney's club record move away from Northampton Town, to Wolverhampton Wanderers, was scrapped amid rumours that the player had 'failed' a medical, what are clubs really looking at in these situations?
The BBC have been looking into the process and an interesting article appears on their website on Monday.
Update - Chris Wilder has been speaking to BBC Radio Northampton about his young striker and believes there will be plenty of clubs still interested in signing him.
He also said: "There were a few things that resulted in that deal not going through. There's been a lot said about the reasons why - we need to keep that confidential.
"He's not missed any football for us (because of injury). He's fit and healthy. We expect him to play and to have a career with a lot of games."
