Scorer of 32 league goals for Northampton Town between 1994 and 1997 and part of the side that defeated Swansea City in the play-off final, Grayson currently plays for Glapwell FC in the Central Midlands League where he doubles up as assistant manager.
And to celebrate his 50th birthday in style last weekend he scored one, made one and was named man of the match as Glapwell defeated Welbeck Welfare.
Having entered the professional ranks relatively late when spotted by Doncaster Rovers at the age of 25, Grayson's love for the game shows no signs of ending soon.
