Molineux may have been largely empty on Tuesday night but it was still a memorable occasion for visiting supporters as Chris Wilder's team knocked Championship Wolves out of the competition.
Substitute Lawson D'Ath, signed recently by Wilder after a short trial period, was the hero with two goals.
D'Ath's first on 58 minutes was followed by Ivan Toney's 63rd minute strike before Wolves roared back with two goals in as many minutes.
Town not only held firm they retook the lead through D'Ath and looked the more likely to add to that lead as the game entered its closing stages.

Reaction: Chris Wilder was delighted with his team, saying afterwards: "One thing I have spoken about is that if we are to have a decent season we have to be resilient and when things go against us I want to see what my players are all about - and tonight they have answered in the best possible way."
