Last season's corresponding fixture ended in a 4-0 Northampton win while the Cobblers also netted three without reply in Lancashire just under one year ago.
“They weren’t just a bit of a bogey side,” said Coleman, quoted in the Lancashire Telegraph.
“They were a lot of a bogey side.
“We didn’t turn up both times we played them.”
