An exciting game at Kenilworth Road saw the Cobblers come from a goal behind to lead 3-1, get pegged back by the hosts and then hit the top of the League Two table thanks to Ricky Holmes' winner.
Wilder told the official club website after the game: "We’ve had an outstanding first 21 games, it’s a great effort and we’ve got momentum but we’ve got another big game next week ."
That big game comes in the shape of a Portsmouth side who moved into 4th place in the division with a big win on Saturday and a large travelling contingent will be making its way up from the south coast.
Allied to the renewed optimism around Sixfields, which new chairman Kelvin Thomas spoke about this week, and it promises to be a pre-Christmas cracker!
