Having already moved quickly to secure midfielders Joel Byrom and Jason Taylor on longer-term deals, Wilder will turn his attention to the rest of the Cobblers squad.
But, after a prodcutive January transfer window which turned Town from relegation candidates into late play-off contenders, there are unlikely to be big changes over the summer.
Chairman David Cardoza told the official NTFC website: "I'm very upbeat and this is the first off-season in a long time where we have already got a number of our first eleven already under long-term contracts.
"We've finally got some stability, we will bring in some more quality and I'm sure next season we will be looking a lot stronger."
