Boothroyd buoyed by duo's return
Northampton are boosted by the return of Louis Moult and Emyr Huws ahead of the visit of Morecambe.
Forward Moult is available again after serving a three-match suspension while midfielder Huws has recovered from illness.
"They both come back into the squad which is great," said Town boss Aidy Boothroyd.
"Louis was in great form before he got himself sent off and such is the nature of football that he has now got to work doubly hard to get back to where he was because other players are now in front of him.
"There are a lot of sickness bugs going round at the minute and I'm sure Emyr would have played if I'd really needed him to on Saturday because that's the sort of lad he is."
Midfielder Ben Harding made his return against Wycombe at the weekend after almost a month out with an ankle injury and he should be involved again.
Jack Redshaw is in line to make a first-team return for Morecambe.
The former Manchester City trainee scored the Shrimps' equaliser within three minutes of coming off the bench as a second-half substitute at Gillingham on Saturday, before Deon Burton's stoppage-time winner denied Jim Bentley's side a point.
Morecambe's top goalscorer has shaken off a calf complaint, while defender Will Haining is also hoping to be involved at Sixfields.
Meanwhile, fellow defender Robbie Threlfall is back to full fitness following a thigh injury and will be looking for his first start after more than six weeks on the sidelines.
Jordan Burrow remains unavailable with a knee injury that is set to rule the striker out for around three months.
Lewis Alessandra was made to settle for a place on the bench at Priestfield having scored just once in 18 games.
