Northampton Town unveil plans for Sixfields.

These include conference facilities, a 100 bed hotel and could see the stadium become a 15,000 all seater arena . David Cardoza, Club Chairman, said ‘The club is looking forward to a bright and exiting future at a redeveloped Sixfields’. ‘The redevelopment will take place in a number of stages, the first of which will be the West Stand. This stand will double in size to include executive boxes and house the best conferencing facilities in Northamptonshire’.

The club is shortly due to submit their planning application to Northampton Borough Council and work could even start by the end of the year.
