MK Dons boss Karl Robinson to ring the changes against Northampton
MK Dons boss Karl Robinson thinks he will make five changes for the FA Cup third-round replay against neighbours Northampton.
Joe Walsh, who scored Saturday's match-winning goal in the Sky Bet Championship defeat of Reading, has only recently returned from injury and will be one of the quintet to be replaced, with Matt Upson maybe coming into the team.
Elsewhere, Cody Cropper could be in goal instead of David Martin, as was the case in the original tie at Sixfields, while Lee Hodson, Dean Bowditch, Daniel Powell, Ben Reeves, Simon Church and Tom Hitchcock will also be in Robinson's thinking.
Anthony Kay is still suspended for the Dons as they look to win a money-spinning fourth-round tie at home to Chelsea.
Northampton have no new injury concerns and will hope in-form striker Ricky Holmes, who bagged a brace in the first leg and has scored four goals in as many games, will spur them on against the Dons.
However, Lawson D'Ath continues to sit on the sidelines while a late decision will be made on fellow midfielder Alfie Potter.
D'Ath suffered a groin injury in last Tuesday's 2-1 victory at Plymouth and sat out the Cobblers' win by the same margin at Dagenham over the weekend.
Potter, meanwhile, has been hampered by a rib complaint, missing the last couple of weeks, and is once more a doubt for Northampton, who have surged into promotion contention in Sky Bet League Two after winning nine of their last 10 matches.
