An early season six-pointer at Sincil Bank sees Lincoln, buoyed by the arrival of Steve Tilson as manager, face a Northampton Town side looking to build on Saturday's vital win at home to Gillingham.
And the hosts will have a Premier League youngster to boost their chances with Hoyte set to make his second appearance following the weekend draw at Wycombe.
"It was disappointing to concede two goals, but at least we got a point," the 20-year-old right-back told the Lincolnshire Echo.
"We showed a lot of character to twice come from behind and the players here clearly have a drive to win.
"I'm really looking forward to hopefully getting another game on Tuesday and hopefully we can get a win."
Having missed three games while on international duty with Grenada, striker Delroy Facey is also available to Tilson.
