Langmead could line up in an unchanged side at Wycombe on Saturday with Aidy Boothroyd weighing up his options for another tough away trip.
The Town boss went with a 4-5-1 formation at the Globe Arena before throwing powerhouse strikers Clive Platt and Bayo Akinfenwa into the fray late on.
“It’s a 90-minute game and it is important for us to stay in the game for as long as possible," Boothroyd told the Chronicle & Echo.
“We know if we do that then we’ve got a good chance of winning it.
“The whole point of our formation on Tuesday was that we were solid and we didn’t give anything away."
