Phil Parkinson's side are five points away from a top-seven place at present but have a game in hand on the side who currently occupy the final play-off spot, Exeter City.
That comes after an incredible season in which the Bantams reached the League Cup final at Wembley.
"We've given ourselves hope again and we have a game in hand on a few teams," Parkinson told BBC Radio Leeds.
He added: "We want to make sure that we take this season as far as we can and the lads are confident.
"The trait this team has had all through the season is that they don't give in."
