Northampton Town captain Andy Holt has backed the Cobblers to pull away from the League Two relegation zone.Ian Sampson's team slipped to 22nd place in the table following Saturday's 4-1 defeat at fellow strugglers Barnet, who are now just one point behind them.
"Obviously we're looking over our shoulder and it is a concern," the 32-year-old former Wrexham defender told BBC Radio Northampton.
"But I don't have a doubt that we have the team to get out of it."
He added: "We're still only three points off 13th place so it's an incredibly tight league.
"We need to get back on track [away to Rotherham] on Tuesday and it's going to be a tough game for us.
"But we need a good positive result to take us into the weekend."
After Tuesday night's league trip to Don Valley Stadium, the Cobblers travel to Sheffield Wednesday in the second round of the FA Cup on Saturday.
