The arrival of Gary Peters at Edgar Street as director of football looks to have sparked a turnaround in fortunes which Hereford will look to continue against inconsistent Northampton Town on Tuesday night.
"We have been doing things rather differently over the last few weeks and there have been less mistakes," said Peters after the weekend win against Barnet.
"Now we have to keep that going but it's not as though we are playing brilliantly yet, or anything like that, and we cannot afford to get carried away.
"I think it's going to take three or four months to be in the sort of form that we need to be. In the meantime we have got to keep scrapping and fighting and trying to pick up some points."
