Injured Northampton Town goalkeeper, Lee Harper, has been awarded the PFA Player of the Year Award for last season. The award, which is voted for by supporters via the PFA website, was presented to Harper at Sixfields, prior to kick off on Saturday.
Lee receives the award after a string of excellent displays for the Cobblers last season, which undoubtedly helped them into the playoffs.
Harper is currently out for up to six weeks after breaking his hand when he punched the dressing room door, following the defeat against Scunthorpe.
