Northampton striker Steve Guinan believes there is a need for discussions and `finger pointing' after the capitulation against Hereford. The Cobblers were 3-0 up thanks to a Leon McKenzie hat-trick last weekend but threw it away as Hereford stormed back to win 4-3.
Guinan said: "I think far too often these things aren't said, but we're third from bottom in the Football League and if things are going to be said that hurt people then so be it. "A few things need to be looked at and not mentioning any names, but a few fingers need to be pointed. It should have happened weeks ago but I think we need to take a step back and have a bit of a breather and then have a discussion."
