"He has that calmness. His heart wasn't racing, he was just concentrating on the strike leaving his foot and it was a great goal.
"We got into the positions but couldn't do that. But it's a great bit of education and a learning experience for some of our younger players to see that."
"We created a number of chances again but we didn't test their goalkeeper enough," he reflected.
"We dominated the midfield and seemed in real control of the game at times but ultimately if you don't convert your chances you won't win games.
"The frustrating thing is that in training the players finishing is fantastic but it's just not quite coming off for us when it comes to the actual games.
"We know that we need to start winning games and hopefully we can do that against Doncaster on Friday."
