Gray said, "I was disappointed with our performance on Tuesday night and there will be changes to the team on Saturday."
"We aren't carrying the biggest of squads but what I don't want is for complacency to set in. Nobody is going to give you anything and you can't just turn up and expect things to happen for you. If you're not having the best of games you have just got to work your way through it and that's all I've asked the players to do."
Town are 8 points from the play off and 8 points from the relegation zone. Defeat at Yeovil ended a 6 game unbeaten run but now it's time to regroup and start again.
"Our decent run has come to an end," Gray added "but we've got to move on from that and more often than not when we've had a set back we've bounced back from it and that's what we now need to do against Gillingham on Saturday."
"At this stage of the season it's all about results and you perhaps have to give a bit of credit to Yeovil, they nullified our game a bit, we passed the ball OK during certain spells of the game but when we got into their final third we were lacking a bit of quality."
"We're not creating as man chances at the moment as we have been doing, the two forwards are working really hard but we're not quite getting that break in front of goal. We've got to stay positive though and keep working hard."
"If we put in the same effort and commitment that we did against Leeds I'm sure we can get a result on Saturday but if we put in the same effort and commitment that we did on Tuesday night then we'll be in trouble."
