Speaking after the match Gray said
"We are fine on the physical side, it's just perhaps the mental side we need to work on.
"We had some decent chances but we need a bit of belief and a bit of conviction because football is all about scoring goals. Sometimes we got into good areas but didn't have that little bit of belief necessary.
"I said to the players at half-time that they had to demand more from each other and be more positive.
"If it was the training ground they would be positive, it's just because they're in these surroundings in front of paying customers.
"But the most important touch in football is the last touch and our last touch wasn't good enough."
