Gray told BBC Radio Northamptonshire: "The be-all and end-all is that I've got a contract here until 2010."
"If the chairman wants to make a decision about my future its up to him, but at the moment I am 100% committed to turning things around."
Gray has been in change for over 2 years now and admits there is pressure.
"There is pressure on us, there is pressure for us to stay in this division - and sometimes certain lads react differently to pressure and mistakes creep into their game."
