"The squad is looking OK injury wise," he told the official website.
"Sean Dyche is back in full training from his groin strain he picked up last week and apart from the long term injuries we are looking OK.
"Joe Burnell has had a scan on his ankle this week and that showed up quite a lot of bruising. We will let the medical team guide us on that and we have just got to let nature take its course really. We don't want to rush him back and risk making the injury worse.
"Jason Crowe got a kick in his calf last Saturday and that's why he had to come off. That has been a bit sore this week but I think he'll be fine for Brighton.
"We created a lot of good chances at Swansea but performance wise I think one or two of the players probably let themselves down a little bit. That's given me food for thought in terms of picking a team for Saturday and I could shake things up a bit."
