Northampton goalkeeper Chris Dunn knows a good start is vital if the club are to mount a push for promotion this season. The Cobblers missed out on an immediate return to League One last term after failing to secure a play-off place. But Dunn is determined to put that right this season as he prepares for Saturday's League Two opener at Torquay.
He told Press Association Sport: "We`ve all had a good pre-season and come back fit so there is no reason why we can`t go out and get some good results early on. "We know the start of the season cost us last year and we are focussed on making a good start." He added: "Promotion is always our aim and we can give ourselves the best possible chance by getting off to a good start this season."
