With Northampton Town manager Aidy Boothroyd in the market for a new frontman, 24-year-old Frenchman Manset has been enquired about by a number of League One and Two clubs.
He joined the Sky Blues in the summer after the lifting of a transfer embargo but has struggled for playing time due to the form of Leon Clarke and Callum Wilson.
Boothroyd told the official club website when previewing Saturday's home game with Cheltenham that he was keen to make a signing and ease some of the burden on Luke Norris, the Bretford loanee who has made such a good start to his Town career.
