Goalkeeper Paul Walker, midfielder Michael Jacobs and striker Alex Konstantinou are the three players.
"We don't give contracts out easily but they have earned their offers," said Cobblers boss Ian Sampson.
"If they continue to work hard, listen and progress, then they will be giving themselves the best chance of carving out a good career for themselves."
He said: "Paul, Michael and Alex have all travelled with or been involved with the first team this season and have shown what they can do both in training and in the reserves."
Wales youth international goalkeeper Walker is the latest in a line of homegrown keepers to emerge from the Northampton Town youth set-up, following in the footsteps of Mark Bunn and Chris Dunn.
Locally born midfielder Jacobs appeared for the club in this season's Johnstone's Paint Trophy while Cyprus youth international striker Konstaninou has been a regular goalscorer at youth and reserve-team level.
"It is not often you offer three players from the same year professional contracts but the fact that we have is a tribute to their hard work and the work of head of youth Geoff Harrop, coach Sean Parrish and their staff," added Sampson.
