The squad are together with the new signings as they prepare for the new season.
Gray said, "It's an exciting time because the players haven't seen each other for a while but they all know they have got a lot of hard work to do between now and August 9th."
"We've got four or five players who need a really good pre-season and if the likes of Chris Doig, Gabor Gyepes and Giles Coke can get a good pre-season under their belt then that will put them in good stead for the long season ahead."
"We haven't got the biggest of squads in the world," Gray continued, "and when you play three games in a week then the fitness of the players of their recovery time is paramount."
