Although soaked by the time I reached the top of the hill on Tuesday night, I didn't care, I was reliving the goals in the back of my mind and watching the happy faces leaving Sixfields.

The only major disappointment of the night was the crowd of just over 6000. This game should be potentially sold out twice over, when we have travelled to London Road in the past, the support has been amazing. In October we took 2000 to Peterborough on a Sunday. Last season, the week before Christmas that figure was nearer the 3000 mark. Even the previous trip was on a Tuesday night where around 2500 Cobblers made the short journey for an Auto Windscreens game. So to be 1500 short of capacity was a let down, although the atmosphere was tremendous.
Here's hoping that the team can continue their good run of form and stay in Division Two.
This is a plea to the stay away fans, come back and support the Cobblers all the way!!!
